DESCRIPTION FOR NORCO 10/325mg PRODUCTS
Treats pain. Norco 10/325mg contains hydrocodone and
acetaminophen. Hydrocodone which is related to codeine
is in a class of prescription drugs called narcotic
analgesics. Norco ( Hydrocodone ) relieves pain. Acetaminophen
is a less potent pain reliever that increases the effects
of hydrocodone. Together, acetaminophen and hydrocodone
( Norco ) are used to relieve moderate-to-severe pain.
Norco 10/325 mg pain pills may also be used for purposes
other than those listed in this medication article.

WHEN YOU SHOULD NOT USE NORCO
You should not use this medicine if you have ever had
an allergic reaction to acetaminophen, norco, or to
hydrocodone.
HOW TO USE AND STORE NORCO
Your doctor will tell you how much norco to take and
how often. Keep all medicine out of the reach of children.

Norco Tablets/Capsules:
Norco may be taken with food to lessen stomach upset.
Drink plenty of fluids to help avoid constipation.
Store norco 10/325 mg at room temperature, away from
heat and moisture.
If you miss a norco dose:
Take the missed norco dose as soon as possible.
Skip the missed dose of norco 10-325 mg if it is almost
time for your next dose.
You should not use two norco doses at the same time.
DRUGS AND FOODS TO AVOID
Ask your doctor or pharmacist before using any other
medicine, including over-the-counter medicines, vitamins,
and herbal products while taking norco painkillers.
Do not drink alcohol with norco.
Make sure your doctor knows if you are taking any other
medicines that could make you drowsy such as sedatives,
cold and allergy medicine, sleeping pills, or muscle
relaxants.
NORCO WARNINGS
Norco can be habit-forming. You should not use more
than the prescribed amount.
Check with your doctor before taking norco 10/325mg
pain releivers if you have liver or kidney disease,
an enlarged prostate gland, or trouble urinating.
Tell your doctor if you have had an allergic reaction
to a narcotic drug such as codeine. The reaction may
have included wheezing or trouble breathing, hives,
rash, or swelling in the face. Codeine can cause an
upset stomach, but an upset stomach is not an allergic
reaction.
If you have taken norco pain medication for several
weeks, ask your doctor before stopping as you may need
to take smaller and smaller amounts of norco before
stopping completely.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, talk to your doctor
before taking norco 10/325 mg.
Norco can cause dizziness and drowsiness. Be careful
if driving a car or using machinery.
NORCO SIDE EFFECTS
Call your doctor right away if you have any of these
side effects:
Fast or slow heartbeat
Trouble breathing
Swelling of the face
Hives, skin rash, itching
Hallucinations, changes in behavior
Severe confusion or tiredness
Yellowing of the skin or eyes
If you have problems with these less serious norco side
effects, tell your doctor.
Drowsiness, dizziness, or weakness
Dry mouth, nausea or vomiting
Constipation
Headache
Blurred vision
